FINOVA's automatic unloading system is designed to optimize the connection between the slicer and the packaging system. This solution allows to transfer the sliced portions in an automatic, precise and synchronized way to the thermoformer or thermosealer, adapting to the specific needs of each production line.
The module consists of a set of conveyors that manage the separation, grouping and formation of portions, ensuring a continuous and efficient flow between cutting and packaging. In addition, it incorporates sensors and its own software to ensure total synchronization with the packaging equipment.
Each system is custom-designed according to the portion format, product type and characteristics of the customer's line.
